Fellow Italian artists Sisko Electrofanatikand Dyno have teamed up for a mammoth collaborative debut for esteemed record label, Kuukou Records. Out now across all streaming platforms, the pair’s new single Sequence Xis joined by an impeccable remix from the imprint’s head honcho Simina Grigoriu.

The peak-time rolling techno number marks a return to Kuukou Records for Sisko Electrofanatik, who appeared on the imprint back in June with Unspoken. Serving as Dyno’s inaugural offering for the authoritative techno house, Sequence Xis an immersive cut with impactful rolling percussion and heady synth injections. Primed for those dark, intimate club nights, the release is a worthy example of Kuukou’s commitment to delivering quality underground music that stands the test of time.

Simina Grigoriu’s flawless remix brings this euphoric original into even darker, underground waters. The high-energy edit features crisp percussive hits and rave-ready synth work that gives a more industrial feel to its counterpart. Often stimulated by the influence of her home townof Berlin, Simina’s output represents nothing but raw, enveloping techno that’s as refined as it is imaginative.

Billen Ted, the acclaimed production and songwriting duo, turn up the heat on ‘Pepper’, their latest dance anthem in collaboration with Chapter & Verse and ILIKERICO, out 6th October on Black Butter Records.

‘Pepper’ is a house collaboration with DJ Chapter & Verse and artist ILIKERICO. The former is one of the fastest rising producers in the global House scene; whilst the latter is the alias of Ricardo Gold, whose lyrical finesse has made him an emerging talent in the UK rap space.

Another club banger to add to Billen Ted’s recent discography, this track follows records with iconic dance vocalist Kah-Lo, the addictive summer heater ‘Feel The Burn’, and ‘Blessings’, a collaboration with fellow producers Punctual. Capping off a hectic summer, ‘Pepper’ is another standout addition to Billen Ted\\\’s impressive discography, which already includes a UK #1 hit and a BRIT nomination.

Billen Ted are a London-based production and songwriting duo formed by Tom Hollings and Sam Brennan. Besides their work as accomplished hitmakers, they have also handled production duties for artists like 220 Kid, Becky Hill, MNEK, LANY, Rain Radio, RAYE, S1mba, Melanie C, and Gracey. After a brief stint playing in death metal bands, the pair made an unlikely transition into the world of dance and pop music with their debut single ‘Satisfied’ (2020), which was built around a sample of Chaka Khan’s ‘I Feel for You’ and notched up over a million plays on streaming platforms. New York based live electronic trio N/UM is back with a new release on Brooklyn Sway

This is the fourth release of Brooklyn Sway, a New York based vinyl only label providing a platform for a variety of artists in the New York music scene. N/UM, the highly regarded pioneers of improvised electronic live music, feature classic analog instruments combined with modular synths and live vocals for a truly genre-bending experience. Their unique sound and out-of-the-ordinary approach has taken them from the Robot Heart Bus at the Burning Man Festival in Nevada to performing the closing set at the Mutek Festival in Montreal. Having just completed their European tour, where they played shows at Yellowhouse in Amsterdam and at Sisyphos in Berlin among others, they are gearing up for a string of releases and concerts.

This newest vinyl only release \\\’Ohm Hourani & N/UM – BKS-04\\\’ adds to Brooklyn Sway\\\’s highly curated catalog with output from artists such as house legend Eric Kupper and Elon. BKS-04 features two tracks by N/UM and one extended track by Ohm Hourani, whose previous record \\\’Barbara\\\’ included a remix by Ricardo Villalobos. N/UM’s \\\’Our Way\\\’ prominently features the synth Arp String Ensemble from 1974, a hybrid of electronic organ and synthesizer. Their 2nd track \\\’Any Time\\\’ was recorded at the beach club Chronicle (now called Glory) in Goa, when they were on tour in India a few years back. Ohm\\\’s \\\’Diva\\\’ combines a playful vocal sample with a hypnotic beat.

The live trio and Ohm met while performing at the legendary Brooklyn underground party Aftermoth and they were also both part of the Movement Festival afterparty \\\’Brooklyn Sway(s) Detroit\\\’ earlier this year. Brooklyn Sway masterfully immortalizes their connection through this vinyl with original artwork by Cern, internationally recognized New York City muralist and graffiti artist whose work has been featured at the MOCA in LA and Museu Brasileiro De Escultura in Sao Paulo.

N/UM is performing the Cityfox Halloween Festival (Avant Gardner – Brooklyn, NY) on Oct 27th and the SAT Dome (Montreal, Canada) on Oct 28th.
